The Naval Sea systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full-and-open competition to award a delivery order under existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-23-G-5305 in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements to BAE systems, Land and Armaments L.P. of Minneapolis, MN for the procurement of two (2) Heater Blankets for the 5” 62 Caliber Mk45 Mod 4 Gun Mount, without providing for full and open competition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contract BAE Systems directly. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement no later than the closing time of this notice. Any submissions will not be reimbursed by the Government – the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
