Under Mutli-Mode Radar (MMR) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-21-G-5507, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order to Saab Defense and Security USA LLC (SDAS) on a sole-source basis for the following: Maintenance, Test, and Repair Labor and Material in support of the Electronic Module/LRU component of the AN/SPS-77(V)3 Radar System Engineering Labor, Material, Travel, and Other Direct Costs for Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) Platform 7 Installation and Integration Support The contemplated delivery order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). Saab Defense and Security USA is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
