The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue, on a sole source basis, a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Triverus, LLC as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for system engineering services, maintenance, material and repair and overhaul of Mobile Cleaning Recovery and Recycling System (MCRRS). The contemplated contract will be awarded pursuant to statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated contract award date will be in Q4 FY23 and the period of performance will consist of a base year and four option years. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Triverus, LLC directly. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency; submissions received within fifteen (15) days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award of contracts. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this synopsis. This is not a request for proposals, a promise to issue a request for proposals, or a promise by the Government to pay for information received in response to this synopsis or any subsequent synopsis. The information contained herein is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
