FY2023-2027 Polar Security Cutter (PSC) Class Support Effort The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has a requirement for PSC Class Support to provide class engineering, technical, integrated logistics, modernization, equipment obsolescence, problem resolution, ship change document development, database management, and hull planning yard support that are integral to PSC Class ship construction and test and trials. This requirement will be solicited to Bollinger Mississippi Shipbuilding (BMS), 900 Bayou Casotte Parkway, Pascagoula, MS 39581. The requirement will be procured, without full and open competition, from the only qualified source capable of performing PSC Class Support while the ships are under construction.
