The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full and open competition to award a contract modification to the existing awarded contract N00024-23-C-5206 to increase the contract ceiling value. The base contract was awarded to L3 Technologies, Communications Systems - West, Salt Lake City, Utah to develop, test, manufacture, deliver, manage and support the AN/SRQ-4 Radio Terminal Set Common Data Link Hawklink on surface combatants in support of the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) 5.0. The proposed contract action is for additional engineering services support for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. However, all expression of interest received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. Any submission will not be reimbursed by the Government and the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, upon receipt of responses, is the sole discretion of the Government. Note: This is a synopsis intended to provide potential offerors with a summary of the subject procurement.
