The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award an extension to the Basic Ordering Agreement N00164-19-G-JQ69 on a sole source basis to Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp (Ball), 1600 Commerce St. Boulder, CO 80301 for an extension of services for the Stalker Long-Range Electro-Optic Sensor System. The contemplated extension will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). Ball is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet requirements for the Stalker System without unacceptable delays. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Ball directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This pre-solicitation notice is for information only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice.
