A proposal extension through 01 March 2022 5pm ET has been granted. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the production, implementation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), hardware obsolescence upgrades and sustainment of modules/components of Virtual Tactical Bridge embarked Shipboard Radio systems (VTBeSR). Related Notices N00024-21-R-5104 and N00024-21-R-5136 were previously posted to the SAM.Gov website. This procurement is being solicited as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The RFP and associated attachments in this announcement supersede all previous documents made available to the public. The Government intends to award this procurement as a small business set aside.
