Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction and delivery of up to six (6) commercially available Yard Oiler, Non-Self Propelled (YON) fuel oil barges and associated supplies and services under NAICS code 336611. The associated supplies and services consist of: technical data package; vendor recommended spare parts; crew familiarization; and packaging and delivery to various locations worldwide. This procurement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, pursuant to FAR 19.5. Pre-Solicitation Notice N00024-22-R-2244 and was previously posted to the SAM.gov website. The RFP and associated attachments in this announcement supersede all previous documents made available to the public.
