Naval Sea System Command (NAVSEA) is hereby issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Boats and Craft Program Office (PMS 300), for the detail design and construction of one (1) Auxiliary Floating Dry Dock Medium (AFDM). This procurement is being solicited as a full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.1. Special Notice N00024-21-R-2243 and Solicitation N00024-21-R-2243 were previously posted to the SAM.gov website. The RFP and associated attachments in this announcement supersede all previous documents made available to the public.
