The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source solicitation numbered N00024-23-R-6103, for a Cost Plus Fix Fee (CPFF)/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to procure a Computer Optimized Reconciliation Application to include software licenses and related technical services to perform COBRA analysis; reconciliation of problem disbursement; and contract closeout requirements at the Washington Navy Yard. The proposed procurement is a one (1) year with 4 one (1) year options Cost Plus Fix Fee (CPFF)/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) (inclusive of Cost only CLINs to support Other Direct Costs (ODCs) contract spanning between Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 and FY 2027.
