The details are included in the PNW PSM SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE.pdf, PNW PSM SOW.pdf (Attachment 1), and DD-2345.pdf which are included in this posting. The Carrier Availability Schedule (Attachment 2) is CUI data and will be provided directly to DOD approved vendors (see instructions) once verified.
