The Naval Sea Systems Command Intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-21-G-5102 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) located in Moorestown, New Jersey. This BOA order will satisfy the requirement to procure Electronic Equipment Fluid Coolers (EEFCs) for DDG 51 Class New Construction ships and FFG 62 Class Frigates, with the ability to add additional ships should requirements increase. This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LM RMS is the only responsible source that has the specific production engineering background, extensive integration and test facilities, prior AWS MK7 and MK8 experience, and in-depth technical expertise to provide the requirements to be procured under this BOA.
