The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to modify the current contract, N00024-19-C-6407, with General Dynamics Mission System (GDMS), 12450 Fair Lakes Cir, Fairfax, VA 22033-3810, on a sole source basis to procure additional labor hours supporting additional IWS-5 tasking and revising the Statement of Work to implement DevSecOps principles and procedures for the Tactical Control System (TCS) software and logistics development, integration, test, and fleet deliveries for future baselines. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quote, which shall be considered by the Agency prior to issuance of any resulting solicitation . This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this notice.
