Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order on a sole-source basis under AN/SPS-48 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number N00024-19-G-5500, with L3Harris Technologies of Van Nuys, CA. This order is for the procurement, prototyping, testing, and evaluation of one radar system set of the replacement AN/SPS-48G(V)1 Single Board Computers and associated components. The contemplated delivery order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). L3Harris is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays.
