Support of these production units includes: 1) elimination of obsolete analog interfaces, 2) modernization to meet cybersecurity requirements for Aegis Baseline 10 and following baselines, and 3) maximization of future interoperability opportunities by supporting Band Efficient – Common Data Link (BE-CDL) and Crypto Core Modernization. The upcoming five year contract will include contract line items (CLINs) for development of production units, the associated engineering services, and incidental materials/other direct costs. The Government intends to issue the formal solicitation associated with this notice electronically via beta.sam.gov in the fourth quarter of FY21. Offerors may submit written questions requesting clarification of solicitation requirements after the Request For Proposal (RFP) is issued. Specific instructions regarding submittal of questions and posting of answers will be contained within the solicitation. Please refer to beta.sam.gov for any further announcements.
