The purpose of this Amendment is to update language in Section C.2.2 and remove DFARS clause 252.223-7999, Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (Deviation 2021-O0009) from Section I. To schedule a site visit, prospective Offerors shall email a “Request for Site Visit” to the Government POCs identified in section 1.1 and shall provide the name of those company officials attending the site visit. All requests for a site visit must be submitted no later than one business day in advance of the start of the requested visit for each site.

The Naval Sea Systems Command is conducting market research to determine industry interest in performing the operation and maintenance of all vessels assigned to NAVSEA Inactive Ship On-Site Maintenance Office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) Philadelphia, PA and CG/LSD Modernization Detachment Norfolk. The Contractor shall furnish direct labor, supervision, administrative support, materials and supplies, and equipment as specified to operate and maintain the NAVSEA INACTSHIPMAINTO at Philadelphia, PA. This includes receipt, inspection, survey, maintenance, and disposal of Naval vessels. In addition, the Contractor may perform structural, mechanical and electrical modifications to vessels in support of experimental use programs, berthing vessel programs and conversions as specified by the program sponsor. Work outside the Philadelphia, PA site will be at remote sites including but not limited to Norfolk VA. However, the inventory may change during the performance of the contract and the Contractor will be responsible for performing the scope of work on all vessels.
