Amendment 0002 dated 2/11/2021 - The purpose of this amendment is to change the 2000 series CLINs and CLIN 1002 to OPTIONs w hich changes Section B and Section C, and clause 52.217-7 VAR I in Section I, add clause 252.225-7009, update attachments 3, 7, and 8, update Section L to extend the proposal due date, and answer questions from industry. Attached is the redacted J&A for Brand Name items approved on 2/2/2021 This is an administrative update to change the "Contract Opportunity Type" on beta.Sam from "Souces Sought" to "Solicitation". No other changes have been made. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is in support of the procurement for the Strategic Systems Program (SSP) Harbor Security Boat (HSB).
