The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order under AN/SPS-48 Radar System Basic Order Agreement (BOA) N00024-19-G-5500 between the United States Navy and L3Harris Technologies Inc. of Van Nuys, CA for the procurement of an updated Technical Data Package on a sole-source basis. The contemplated order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). L3Harris is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays.
