Previous quotes submitted in response to N00024-20-T-1203 will not be considered for award*** The Naval Sea Systems Command is issuing a Full and Open Competitive solicitation for one Large Sized Germicidal Ultraviolet (UV) Light Stationary Disinfection System. The resultant contract will be firm-fixed-price and include one option for an additional system. The Government anticipates a single contract award resulting from this RFQ. However, the Government reserves the right to award one, more than one, or no contracts, depending on the quality of quotes received and the availability of funds. The Government will consider all comments received. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. The subsequent revision to the RFQ based on comments received remains solely at the Government's discretion. No comments, questions, or inquiries shall be made to any Government person other than the point of contact identified below. This solicitation shall not be construed as a promise to contract or commitment of any kind. This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in responding to this solicitation.
