This is a sources sought announcement in accordance with FAR 15.201, in anticipation of a future procurement to support the maintenance, repair and modernization of Littoral Combat Ships (LCS). In an attempt to maximize competition across the spectrum of LCS sustainment efforts, the Navy intends to competitively award a series of Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MAC-IDIQ) contracts in the Mayport, Florida homeport area, based on industry’s ability to meet the requirements of either Lot 1 or Lot 2 as outlined below. It is anticipated the MAC-IDIQ contract(s) will have one (1) base ordering period followed by four (4) consecutive optional ordering periods. Awardees will be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for each delivery order solicited under a MAC-IDIQ contract based on the specific work requirements.
