02 DEC 2020- The purpose of this notification is to provide an update on the Classified Addendum CD and how to submit classified questions in reference to Classified Addendum: In accordance with the H... 02 DEC 2020- The purpose of this notification is to provide an update on the Classified Addendum CD and how to submit classified questions in reference to Classified Addendum: In accordance with the Hammerhead Security Classification Guide, the two requirements in the classified appendix that were listed as SECRET//NOFORN were incorrectly marked; there is no intelligence data on the CD and it was marked this way by error. These two requirements should be marked SECRET, and the CD as delivered may be used. Additionally, if there are classified questions, all questions should be submitted via SIPRnet to: Krista.e.hucko@navy.smil.mil 13 NOV 2020- The purpose of this notification is to update the response date deadline to submit any feedback and/or questions to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer to the close date of this pre-solicitation notice. 21 OCT 2020- The purpose of this notification is to provide instructions on how to obtain Attachment 2, Classified Addendum. An approved DD254 (Attachment 4) has been attached to this notification. Interested Parties shall complete and submit the DD254 via email to the Contract Specialist, kevin.richter@navy.mil, and to the Contracting Officer, roy.williams@navy.mil. Once the request has been approved, a separate CD containing the classified addendum will be mailed to the approved address contained in the DD254. 20 OCT 2020 - The purpose of this notification is to provide a DRAFT Solicitation Question Submittal Form. The purpose of this notification is to provide a DRAFT solicitation. Feedback and/or questions regarding the DRAFT solicitation shall be submitted in writing using the DRAFT Solicitation Question Submittal Form provided. Completed Question Submittal Forms shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, kevin.richter@navy.mil, and to the Contracting Officer, roy.williams@navy.mil. Please submit any feedback and/or questions to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by the close date of this pre-solicitation. Verbal feedback and/or questions will not be accepted. Feedback and/or questions shall not contain classified information. The Government is particularly interested in whether the DRAFT solicitation enables or challenges potential offerors’ bidding approach. To obtain the Section J attachments, interested companies shall submit a request through beta.sam as well as the following via email to the Contract Specialist, kevin.richter@navy.mil, and to the Contracting Officer, roy.williams@navy.mil: 1. A completed Unclassified Terms of Use Agreement (Attachment A of this posting). 2. An assertion in the email request that they have a Defense Security Service (DSS) issued SECRET facility clearance, providing for SECRET personnel clearances and SECRET safeguarding capability. 3. The name, email address, phone number, and company address for up to two (2) persons requesting access to the Section J Attachments. Once approved, these individuals will each have access to the Section J attachments through beta.sam.
