The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a Full and Open Competitive solicitation numbered N00024-20-R-6113 to procure up to twenty-eight (28) Lightweight Low Cost Conformal Arrays (LwLCCA) (to include Acoustic Modules, Cables, and Outboard Electronic Canisters), Engineering Services and associated Spare Parts This procurement is for the fabrication, production, testing, and logistics support services of the LwLCCA and associated Arrays, Outboard Electronics (OBEs), and Cables with Connectors. This includes First Article Manufacturing and Testing, Program Management, Data Management, Logistics Support, Configuration Management, Test and Evaluation, Installation Support, and Engineering Services. The proposed contract will include approximately 52,500 hours of Engineering Services and technical support and Provisional Item Orders. The resultant contract will include one (1) base year and six (6) option years. NAVSEA intends to conduct a Full and Open Competition and to issue a RFP in late January 2020 with proposals due within 60 days. This RFP and related files listed under solicitation number N00024-20-R-6113 will be issued electronically via Beta Sam. The performance specification and other related controlled files will be provided only to those companies with a validated security clearance. Instructions on obtaining the validated security clearance will be provided in the solicitation. This is not an RFP. This notice shall not be construed as a promise to contract or commitment of any kind. This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract. The Government is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in responding to this notice.
