The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to increase the ceiling amount for level of effort labor hours/costs and material costs on contract N00024-17-C-4100, awarded to Owl International Inc., doing business as Global Associates, A 1st Flagship Company (Global), located at 2465 Campus Drive, Irvine, CA 92612, to continue support of the services and material necessary to operate and maintain all vessels, including inactivation and safe stowage requirements, assigned to the NAVSEA Inactive Ship Maintenance Office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) Philadelphia, PA and the CG/LSD Modernization Detachment in Norfolk, VA for option periods three and four through Fiscal Year 2022. The places of performance under this contract include, but are not limited to, NAVSEA Inactive Ship Maintenance Office (INACTSHIPMAINTO) Philadelphia, PA and the CG/LSD Modernization Detachment in Norfolk, VA.
