Interested parties should respond with their proposals by 2:00 PM EST 17 September 2020. Due to mission requirements the Government will not grant any proposal extension request. Attachments J-1 and J-2 are available upon request. NOTE: Due to concerns with the distribution statement on Attachments J-1 and J-2, of the initial posting for the T-ARC the Navy has deleted the posting and all related attachments. This beta.SAM.gov posting replaces in entirety the posting of 17 July 2020. Other than removing Attachments J-1 and J-2, the solicitation remains the same and therefore there is no extension to proposal due date.
