The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to enter into Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) N00024-21-G-4304 and N00024-21-G-4305 for VIRGINIA and SEAWOLF Class shipbuilder specific coded stock parts and material in support of emergent submarine work. NAVSEA intends to place Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-21-G-4304 with General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB) Company, located at 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989, and BOA N00024-21-G-4305 with Huntington Ingalls Incorporated-Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS), located at 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607-2770, and to issue orders from 01 October 2021 through 30 September 2026. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other types of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed BOAs are for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.303. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact GDEB and HII-NNS directly. This announcement is restricted to nuclear-qualified shipyards.
