This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for four (4) Marine Mammal boats which are used by the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) Systems Center Marine Mammal Program to support anti-swimmer defense operations. This combined synopsis/solicitation will bei issued as a HUBZone Set-Aside to all interested prospective Vendors using FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. All Vendors who receive the formal Request for Quote (RFQ), who are considered a HUBZone small business for NAICS code 336612, and who submit quotes in accordance with this RFQ will be evaluated. Incomplete quotes may be rejected as non-responsive to thissolicitation. The full solicitation and seven attachments are included with this announcment.
