The Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) modification will procure additional Design, Logistics Support and Systems Engineering, Baseline Upgrades, and Special Studies in support of the DDG 1001/1002 Detailed Design and Construction through Level of Effort (LOE) CLINs. BIW will provide these tasks through 31 December 2020.
