The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a modification to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), Sterling Heights, MI to fulfill FY23 MK 46 Mod 2 Gun Weapon System (GWS) requirements for turret and spares. This contract action will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GDLS is the only source with the requisite knowledge and expertise of the MK 46 Mod 2 GWS to satisfy the Government's requirements within the required schedule. This is not a request for proposals. However, interested parties may announce their interest and detail their capability to fulfill this requirement by responding directly to this notice to the Government points of contact below. Information received will be considered by the Government. A determination not to solicit from more than one source is solely within the discretion of the Government.
