The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price blanket order agreement (BOA) order to provide five (5) General Electric (GE) High Pressure Turbine (HPT) Kits. Three (3) of these HPT Kits are Paired Blade Turbine (PBT) Kits, and two (2) of these HPT Kits are Single Shank Turbine (SST) Kits. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to 29 January 2021 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
