The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Bollinger Mississippi Shipyard, 900 Bayou Casotte PKWY, Pascagoula, MS 39581-96 for the procurement of one (1) Auxiliary Personnel Lighter – Small APL(S) as a Follow-On on the existing N00024-18-C-2230 contract as an additional craft. The required delivery date would be 31 March 2027. The contract action will include one craft with delivery, and the ability to order PIO recommended spares and Crew Familiarization. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
