The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to solicit Electric Boat Corporation, 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton CT 06340, as prime contractor for the construction of up to ten (10) VIRGINIA Class Submarines from FY 19 to FY 23 and for Non-Propulsion Long Lead Time Material for the FY24 and FY25 ships. If authorized by law, and funds are appropriated, the resultant procurement will be a multi-year contract. Electric Boat Corporation will team, via a major subcontract, with Huntington Ingalls, Inc., 4101 Washington Avenue, Newport News, Virginia 23607. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
