The Naval Air Systems Command, on behalf of the Aircraft Program Management Office and PAE RAS, intends to award a limited-source firm-fixed-price delivery order under one of four existing Basic Ordering Agreements with Insitu, AeroVironment, Shield AI, or Textron for contractor-owned, contractor-operated UAS ISR Maritime Services using Maritime B-kits #7-#9. The effort will support multiple combatant commands and around-the-clock ISR missions for domestic and coalition partners in combat and contingency operations. Contractors must provide sensor data production resources such as trained personnel, non-developmental UAS equipment, shipboard operations and logistics Conex containers, certifications, operation and maintenance, SpaceX Starshield SATCOM-capable hardware, spares, and product support. The period of performance includes a base period plus four option periods, including environmental shock testing and training options, for up to 60 months of service.
