NAVAIRSYSCOM, on behalf of AIR PMO/PAE RAS at Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a limited-source firm-fixed-price delivery order under one of four existing Basic Ordering Agreements for UAS ISR Maritime Services. The order is limited to existing BOA holders Insitu, AeroVironment, Shield AI, and Textron Systems. Contractors will provide contractor-owned, contractor-operated UAS ISR services using Maritime B-kits #10 and #11, including sensor data production, trained personnel, non-developmental UAS equipment, shipboard operations and logistics, certifications, O&M, SpaceX Starshield SATCOM hardware, spares, and product support. Services will support around-the-clock imagery and sensor capability for multiple combatant commands, domestic and coalition military partners, and combat and contingency operations based on JUONs, Fleet TLRs, and other operational requirements. The period of performance includes a base period plus four option periods, including environmental shock testing and training options, for up to 60 months; this notice is for information only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
