NAVAIR’s V-22 Joint Program Office intends to issue a sole-source delivery order to BAE Systems Controls, Inc. in Endicott, NY, under a Basic Ordering Agreement for Flight Control System Redesign Retrofit recurring effort, kits, and spares. The action is justified because BAE is the only known source with the required knowledge, expertise, and complete engineering and technical data. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability for Government consideration. Any determination not to compete remains solely within the Government’s discretion, and subcontracting inquiries should be directed to Sam Williams at BAE.
