NAVAIR has issued a synopsis for VH-92A spare parts following a closed sources sought that received two responses. The government intends to negotiate and award a delivery order and modifications on an other than full and open competition basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a Lockheed Martin company, for FY28 spare parts and rapid parts procurements. Sikorsky is identified as the only known source with the required knowledge, experience, expertise, and proprietary technical data, under sole-source authority. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may submit capability statements for the government to consider whether to initiate a competitive procurement, with the government retaining discretion.
