This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not a solicitation, regarding requirements for the E-6B aircraft mission systems, subsystems, and support equipment. The anticipated period of performance for task orders under the existing Corporate Basic Ordering Agreement is Fiscal Year 2026 through 2029. Performance of services will be managed by the Naval Air Systems Command Program Office (PMA-271) located in Patuxent River, MD. Interested parties must demonstrate their ability to obtain a technical data licensing agreement with Rockwell Collins, the sole OEM, as the government lacks the necessary data rights.
