NAVAIR intends to award a sole-source modification to an existing Delivery Order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with L3 Technologies for development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of the Acoustic System Performance Estimate Computer Tool (ASPECT) software to support additional Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) platforms. The work includes issue resolution, upgrades, and maintenance of the existing airborne ASW fleet product, as well as engineering solutions for USN tactical planning under PMA-264. L3 is the original equipment manufacturer and the only source with the requisite knowledge and technical data rights to perform the work. The performance location is L3 Technologies in Herndon, Virginia. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may express interest and capability for consideration.
