NAVAIR plans to award a sole-source delivery order to Honeywell for non-recurring engineering and support services related to the V-22 Flight Director Panel. The effort includes design analysis, technical reviews, product testing, validation, verification, and associated documentation. Honeywell is the original equipment manufacturer and the only responsible source with the necessary technical data and expertise. Performance will be at Honeywell’s facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Interested parties may submit capability statements for the Government’s consideration.
