The Naval Air Systems Command’s V-22 Joint Program Office intends to award a sole-source delivery order to Elbit America for Non-Recurring Engineering to redesign the V-22 Standby Flight Display, plus procurement and installation of redesigned kits and sustainment of legacy SFD weapon replaceable assemblies. Elbit America is the original equipment manufacturer and the only responsible source because the government lacks the necessary technical data to perform the repairs. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may submit capability statements for the government’s consideration. The government will decide whether competition is feasible based on responses.
