NAVAIR intends to award a sole source delivery order to Honeywell International for non-recurring engineering to redesign the Control Display Unit, Enhanced Standby Flight Instrument, and Remote Frequency Indicator Selector for the MV-22, CV-22, and CMV-22 aircraft variants. The effort includes design, development, qualification, validation, verification, and test and evaluation of these components. The sole source justification is based on Honeywell being the only responsible source with the requisite knowledge, expertise, and technical data. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may submit capability statements for the government's consideration.
