The F-35 Joint Program Office is seeking industry feedback for the procurement and phased delivery of inert Flexible Linear Shaped Charges (FLSCs) for Training System and Simulation aircraft. The Government intends to award on a sole-source basis to Accurate Energetic Systems, LLC, citing exclusive NSWC Indian Head Division intellectual property licensing. Interested parties may submit capability statements addressing access to the required intellectual property.
