This is a full and open solicitation from NAVAIR for the procurement of Joint Tactical Terminal – Transceiver (JTT-X) production units and aircraft integration support. Only vendors who have completed the Technical Library Access Request Form and received Government approval are eligible to receive the final solicitation documents. NAVAIR will make best efforts to respond to questions received weekly, with responses provided via the technical library. The Government makes no commitment to ultimately award a contract from this announcement.
