The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04.The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in support of the Maritime, Patrol, and Reconnaissance Aircraft Program Office- PMA-290 is seeking quotes to fulfill the requirement for the transportation/shipping of one (1) CFM International Inc. CFM56-7B27AE engine (which includes the additional items described in the Requirement section) for the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) P-8 aircraft.
