The attached DRAFT RFP, excluding Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criteria, for the Navy’s PMA-271 E-6B aircraft strip and seal follow-on requirement is posted for Industry review in advance of releasing the final RFP. Draft Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criteria will be provided for Industry Review/comment with a subsequent posting. Notice is hereby provided, for industry planning purposes, that it is projected that a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted the first quarter of calendar year 2024 for the Navy’s E-6B Strip and Reseal requirement. Included with this notice is Industry Questions to the draft RFP previously posted and the Governments responses, referred to as “Question & Answers (Q&As).
