The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a sole source order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0005 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), to provide technical expertise to the NAVAIR CH-53K program office to execute final functional qualification testing, test planning, flight testing of the data transfer unit, and as needed support for integration of the DECM Suite into the CH-53K as part of the data transfer unit DECM system replacement program. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N00019-22-RFPREQ-TPM272-0083 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the LAIRCM system used by the United States Government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
