If the UEI and CAGE code for the JV cannot be obtained prior to the due date of the proposal, can the proposal be submitted with the EIN of one of the entities and updated later? Answer: The Government is aware of and is monitoring the situation. The proposal deadline has already been extended by 2 weeks to July 11th 2022. If these issues are still presenting a problem as the proposal due date approaches, the Government will reassess the situation.
