Offerors are notified that the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) is issuing a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for Administrative and Operational Contractor (ADMIN and Ops) Support Services (CSS) in support of the full acquisition lifecycle (development, production, and sustainment) of the F-35 Program. The range of ADMIN and Ops Support Knowledge Based Services (KBS) fall under the four (4) primary Standard Occupational Labor Categories namely: Program Manager, Program Analyst, Financial Analyst, and Administrative Assistant. These services are critical to the successful fielding of the F-35 mission capabilities. The contract will be an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a five year ordering period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
