Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to procure varying quantities of AN/AAQ-24 Department of Navy (DoN) Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM) hardware, engineering (hardware/software), program management, configuration management, test and other engineering support as required. The hardware procurement includes the following: Control Indicator Unit Replacements (CIURs) DoN LAIRCM Processors (DLP) Infrared (IR) Missile Warning System (MWS) Sensors Advanced Threat Warning (ATW) Sensors Multi-Role Electro-Optical End-To-End Test Sets (MEONs) Guardian Laser Transmitter Assemblies (GLTAs) GLTA JPACS (shipping containers) High Capacity Cards (HCCs) Smart Connector Assemblies (SCAs) Personal Computer Memory Cards, International Association (PCMCIAs) This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001922R0001 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
