This is not a notice of a competitive solicitation. The Naval Air System Command Headquarters, PMA 201, intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee sole source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0007 to Raytheon Missile Defense (RMD). This order will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the JSOW missile, only RMD has the knowledge, experience and access to the technical data necessary to fulfill the Government's need and meet its schedule requirements. (See 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(l)(B) or 41 U.S.C. 253 (d)(l)(B)). RMD will support the F-16 lab and flight test activities for the integration of the F-16, Block 70, Operational Flight Program (OFP) and JSOW AGM-154C Block III Operational Flight Software (OFS) for the Bahrain F-16, Block 70 aircraft.
