The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0005to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC). The purpose of this modification is to procure an AN/APR-39D(V)2 Operational Flight Program (OFP) for a Foreign Military Sale. An eighteen-month period of performance is expected. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001920G0005_N0001921FXXXX to NGSC, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
